VEHICLE RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS.1. Driver Requirements
- Minimum age: 21 years (25 for luxury/specialty vehicles).
- Valid driver’s license (must be held for at least 12 months).
- Aadhar card is necessary.
2. Rental Duration
- Minimum rental period: 24 hours.
- Late return beyond a 2 to 3-hour grace period will incur additional daily charges.
3. Fuel Policy
- All vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned with the same.
- Fuel shortage on return will be charged at market rate + service fee.
4. Insurance & Damage Policy
- Basic insurance is included (Third-Party Liability).
- Damage to vehicle due to negligence, racing, or unauthorized drivers will be fully borne by the renter.
- Optional Comprehensive Insurance (CDW) available at extra cost.
- If car deals with long term repair the renter should give per day charges to the company.
5. Booking, Payment & Cancellation
- Full payment and security required at the time of booking.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup.
- No-show or late cancellation may result in partial or full charge.
6. Usage Limitations
- Vehicles not be used for:
- Racing or off-road driving.
- Transporting illegal goods.
- Subleasing to third parties.
- If cars interior get dirty or damage the renter should pay the amount of cleaning.
7. Breakdown and Emergency
- 24/7 roadside assistance is available.
- Customer must immediately inform Amash Carz in case of any breakdown, accident, or legal issue.
8. Vehicle Condition
- The car is handed over in clean and working condition.
- Customer must return vehicle in the same condition. Cleaning fees may apply if returned dirty or with odors (e.g. smoking/drinking).
9. Deposit & Penalties
- Refundable security deposit of [5000-10000] is required depending on cars.
- Fines for traffic violations, tolls, or damage will be deducted from the deposit or charged separately.
